Once the project plan has been completed, individual staff members begin work implementing the various aspects of the conference. Regular meetings ensure continuous and clear communication between client staff and Event Troop team, among the project staff working on related tasks, and between the Event Troop team and any suppliers.
We conduct regular internal team meetings and client communications to continually ensure we are on the right track and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.
A- Regular Project Review Internal.
Discuss all crucial components of the project and to brainstorm ways to improve the work or solve problems that may have arisen. Meetings are held monthly, bi-weekly or weekly as needs dictate.
B- Regular Project Review External.
Keeps key client staff apprised of project status. Provides an opportunity Event Troop staff and client team to continue to refine and develop our relationship. Receive valuable feedback for how to improve performance of work in progress. Allows an opportunity to explore new requirements that could benefit our client.
We can held other team meetings as needed.
